Right-of-Way Plans

Southern Project

The right-of-way sheets showing the property needed to be obtained to construct I-73 South can be found on this page. As you can see on the map, the right-of-way plans were developed in eight different segments: A1, A2, A3, A4, B1, B2, C1, and C2.

Segments and Property Strip Maps

Since the conceptual plans were released, the alignment has been slightly modified and some property owners will no longer be impacted by the I-73 South alignment. To find out if you are being impacted, please click here to access the Right-of-Way Property Owner List which is sorted alphabetically by last name.

IF YOUR NAME IS NOT ON THE LIST, YOU ARE NOT IMPACTED BY I-73 SOUTH AND NO PROPERTY IS BEING TAKEN FROM YOU.

The Right-of-Way Property Owner List shows the name of the property owner according to what is listed on the tax records from Dillon, Horry, and Marion Counties. It also shows the tax map reference number, and a corresponding Right-of-Way Plan Number. The columns on the far right list the segment number and page number that your property can be found. If you click on the page number in the far right side of the list on the same row as your name, and it will automatically link you to the right-of-way sheet showing your property, identified by the Right-of-Way Plan Number, which is in a large circle on the page.

For those of you generally interested in the I-73 project, you can access maps showing the layout of the I-73 South right-of-way sheets for each segment below. If you click on the large circle indicating the Segment Number, it will automatically link you to the full set of right-of-way sheets for that segment. Alternatively, you can click on each page number on the map, and it will automatically link you to that specific right-of-way sheet.
